Story
A young trainer who resides in Littleroot Town, you. One day, you hope to head a great gym or, at the absolute least, work as a trainer like your father. You now have a solid understanding of the Pokemon universe. One day, as you were walking around, you came across Professor Birch, your neighbour, who was in desperate need of your help because a wild Pokemon was pursuing him. Naturally, you used a Pokemon that was in his backpack to save him. He gave you a Pokemon with a Pokedex when you arrived back at his lab. You've been on your own Pokemon journey ever since, and you're well on your way to becoming one of the world's top Pokemon Trainers.

- The Pokemon used by the gym leaders has altered from what it was previously.
- Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon are two examples of Mega Pokemon. Zekrom and Electivire also make an appearance.
- Mega Pokemon will be in the teams of both the Champion and the Elite Four.
- You can purchase Mega Stone and Dawn Stone at Lilycove Pokemart.
- There is no Anti-Mega Stone, hence the Mega Evolution Process cannot be stopped.
